All event bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by ROY Events. A booking is considered confirmed only after receipt of any required advance payment.
We accept UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, wallets, cash, and major payment gateways. Advance payments may be required to confirm select packages or dates.
Cancellation and refund terms will vary by package and how close to the event date the cancellation is requested. Specific terms will be shared at the time of booking confirmation.
Certain services (catering, photography, decor, entertainment, etc.) may be fulfilled through our network of third-party vendors. ROY Events coordinates these services but final delivery is subject to vendor availability.
ROY Events currently provides services within Bengaluru only.
Clients are responsible for providing accurate event details, guest counts, and requirements in a timely manner to ensure smooth execution.
ROY Events will make every reasonable effort to deliver services as agreed. We are not liable for delays or issues caused by circumstances outside our control (weather, venue restrictions, force majeure, etc.).
